A. Component of Production
The solar water heater system is specially designed by our company for household, villa and unit with small area. It consists of five parts: Sectional Metal Heat-pipe Collector, storage water tank, working station(including expansion vessel, controller, circulation pump, pressure guage, valve etc. ), circulation piping, support etc.

B. Working Principle
Adopt the fourth solar collector--- Sectional Metal Heat-pipe Collector, put the solar radiate into the heat energy.

The temperature of the sensor is higher than the temperature of set point in the circulation water tank, the controller start and the circulation pump running.

The circulation pump make the medium circulate in the circulation pipe. The heat that absorb by the solar collector transfer into the storage water tank through the heat exchanger. When the difference in temperature is less than the set point, the circulation pump is stopped.

When the water temperature arrive the max of the set point, the controller will be close the circulation pump.

C. Performance and features:
The collector and water tank is separated, running with high pressure.
Working pressure: ≤ 0.6Mpa
Adopt the controller that special in solar water heater, automatic running with high pressure. Adopt sectional metal heat-pipe collector, no water in vacuum tube, if one of the vacuum tube is broken, no effect to the whole system.

Separated design, beautiful look. The collector can be installed on the veranda, suth wall, slope roofing, awning or flat roof. The pressure water tank can be installed in anywhere of the room. The module design, unified with the building.
